Terms and Conditions
- Where applicable unpaid accounts beyond the agreed credit terms may incur interest charges at statutory interest rates.
- Any goods delivered remain the property of NOXDOWN LIMITED and NOXDOWN LIMITED reserve the right to enter the purchasers property to reclaim said goods until such time as full payment has been received.
- Where NOXDOWN LIMITED provide IBC containers (hereafter ‘Containers’) for the transport of goods these Containers shall remain the property of NOXDOWN LIMITED unless specified otherwise and NOXDOWN LIMITED shall reserve the right to enter the purchasers property to reclaim said Containers.
- NOXDOWN LIMITED will only charge a deposit for a container if a customer cannot provide a NOXDOWN LIMITED IBC for return which is in a good, reusable condition with all seals still intact.

- Delivery is usually made within 2-3 working days after the day of the order. We deliver using either our own transport fleet or a trusted third-party carrier.
- Goods may be returned in "as new" condition at the buyer's expense (except where goods are delivered faulty) for a full refund within 7 days of the initial delivery.
- Cancellations made after despatch will incur a cancellation fee of £50 + VAT to cover the cost of the return of the goods.
- NOXDOWN LIMITED reserves the right to adjust pricing where it can evidence significant cost increases in areas including, but not limited to, raw material costs, shipping costs and inflation.
